Sarah Johnston is a founding owner and VP of Operations at Premiere Property Group, the largest locally owned real estate brokerage in the region. Since its inception in 2009, she has been pivotal in the company’s growth from 8 brokers to over 1,200 across Oregon and SW Washington. Premiere Property Group provides residential, commercial, and property management services.

 

Johnston has helped create an innovative business model that fosters collaboration, offers cutting-edge technology, and empowers brokers to build sustainable businesses. She oversees administrative functions company wide, including vendor relations and staff management, ensuring seamless operations to support the company’s success.

 

With a career in real estate that began in 2001, Johnston quickly gained recognition for her ability to manage complex office operations while meeting the needs of brokers. Earning her broker’s license in 2005, she has consistently balanced a focus on operations with a deep commitment to helping clients build long-term wealth and stability through real estate. Johnston’s passion for empowering both brokers and clients is at the heart of her mission to foster thriving, connected communities.
